“New Technological Solutions for the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process in an Inert Gas Atmosphere Using an Innovative Flux”
The project involves the implementation of a new hot-dip galvanizing process carried out in an inert gas atmosphere with the use of a new type of flux with an improved composition. This technology will improve the parameters of the zinc coating – it will be thinner, homogeneous, and evenly distributed on the surface of the component, containing fewer inclusions, making it more visually appealing. In addition to ensuring the appropriate anti-corrosion resistance of the coating, it will reduce the consumption of non-renewable raw materials and energy, decrease the level of pollutants emitted into the environment, and significantly lower manufacturing costs.
